Approach
Scoping call: we explain our data requirements and align on the optimization scope as well as project expectations.
Offering: we prepare an offer based on scope and deliverables (typical price range: 15-45K€). Go/No-go decision.
Preparation: the client gathers and shares data for the agreed scope following our templates. We review the data quality.
Optimization: we execute the optimization in our "Supply Chain Optimizer" app (link). The results will be shared within a workshop in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for immediate use
Scale: (optional) to integrate and sustain the optimal configuration in a productive solution (e.g., SAP S/4, SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, o9...) we handover to our consulting partners
